I downloaded InkSeine from Microsoft Research last week, and today I finally have a few moments to really spend some time trying it out. Here's what I think so far...
1) I understand... but I still disagree... that Hyperlink only follows the Screen Clipping when the clipping is clipped from Internet Explorer. As a Firefox User, this is a major disadvantage!
2) I don't like the fact that I cannot increase the length of my page if I needed more space to write when I reached the bottom of the page. In OneNote, there is this handle button where I can click on it to give me more room to continue writing on the same page.
3) Tabs and Folders! I still think I need them... a la OneNote. I want to categorize my notes/pages based on the projects that I am working on.
4) The Personal Search is really impressive and it seems very fast! This is the first feature that I really like about InkSeine... sadly?
That's all I have so far. I am sure I will have more input when I get to spend more time on InkSeine next week during my business trip.

Thanks for writing up your initial impressions.
1) Yes, it should also work with Firefox - apologies that it does not. The problem is that I don't know how to make the feature work with Firefox. I'm aware that Firefox is very popular with Tablet PC users and I'd love to make it work, but I haven't found any information on how we might attempt to do this.
2) This is emerging as a very common complaint. People seem to be finding our discrete page model to be too limiting. We'll have to reconsider that decision as people don't seem to particularly like that aspect of InkSeine.
3) The OneNote way of organizing / categorizing things is very useful. We probably won't reproduce this in InkSeine, since there would be little point to try and reinvent OneNote - they really have this part nailed in their UI design. But there may be some simple things we can do to aid with organization, bookmarking, or tagging content. In part, the ease of searching in InkSeine helps to address this, but not completely.
4) Glad the search is working for you.
Thanks again for trying it out. Your comments are very helpful in our effort - even (or perhaps especially!) when you find things you don't like about it.
